Casper
Hi everybody!
Casper is adopted!!! And a totally different guy. He has confidence and loves playing with other dogs and meeting new people! He went to Florida to be a spoke dog for a petting zoo! Kinda to help kids not be afraid of bigger animals. He loves his job there. No new pics at this time...
Update 8/10/22:
Caspers' mom came home and found him missing with a screen out of a window. Not sure if he went after something or someone got him. Mom keeps looking for him.
9/1/22 She found him at a shelter. He was shaved down all the way and looked like he had been in several fights. So, looks like someone took him (he would have jumped into anyone's car). she is having to do some retraining as he is now food aggressive with his pack and shows some other behaviors that he did not have before. He roams and is not very polite sometimes. Mom is has trained dogs so she will know what to do and see if Casper can be what he used to be.
2/3/23 Well Casper was proving to be a challenge to being trained and there were distractions and behaviors where he told people he did not like what was going on. He was not polite about it. So mom turned him over to a rescue that helps dogs on an individual basis. Time will tell how he will do. I personally think he was abused by those that took him, trying to make him an attack dog or something. That can be very traumatic for a dog. I hope they can help him. We will try to get in touch with them so we can keep updated.
